- Hand Hygiene Compliance: Events related to staff interaction with hand hygiene dispensers and corresponding role/location metadata.
- Real-Time Location Data: Indoor positioning data from RTLS-enabled devices to monitor staff movement patterns and interactions.
- Duress & Assist Events: Staff-initiated emergency or assistance alerts, including time, location, and associated response metrics.
- Device and Usage Data: Information about the device used to access the app, IP address, app version, crash logs, and basic analytics related to system usage.
2. How We Use Information
- Deliver, manage, and maintain the performance of our services.
- Record and report on hand hygiene events, staff duress or assist incidents, and movement data for safety and compliance purposes.
- Provide real-time alerting, system analytics, and operational dashboards.
- Monitor and improve system performance, reliability, and usability.
- Support customer service, training, and system configuration efforts.
3. Use of De-Identified Data
To support innovation and improve healthcare outcomes, Hygistics may use data in de-identified form. De-identified data does not contain personal identifiers and cannot reasonably be used to identify an individual.
We may use such de-identified data to:
